• AI assistant (BIGA): the name you provide, phone number (optional, when filled in) and the content of the messages exchanged.
• Technical data: IP address and browsing data, used only for security and to limit abuse of the APIs.
• Local signal (optional): approximate location (coordinates rounded to two decimal places), used only after you turn the feature on and allow it in your browser, to show the place, time and weather where you are. The coordinates are not stored in your browser and do not form a location history.

Assistant data is processed based on your consent (art. 7, I of the LGPD), given when you start the conversation, for the purpose of support and commercial contact. Technical data is processed based on the legitimate interest of ensuring the security of the service. The local signal is processed based on your consent (art. 7, I of the LGPD), given when you turn it on and allow location in your browser, and can be withdrawn at any time in your browser's permissions or by turning the feature off.

To operate the assistant, data may be processed by service providers (processors) such as AI providers (Anthropic), voice synthesis (ElevenLabs), database (Supabase) and hosting (Vercel), which handle the data according to our instructions. For the local signal, our server sends only the rounded coordinates to WeatherAPI.com, the weather data provider; your IP address is not passed on to it.

Conversations are kept for up to 90 days and then automatically deleted, except when needed for support already in progress. Local signal coordinates are not retained: they are used only for the weather lookup and, at most, stay in the server's temporary cache for up to 15 minutes, not linked to you.

You may at any time request confirmation, access, correction, anonymization, portability or deletion of your data, as well as withdraw your consent, by writing to the e-mail above (art. 18 of the LGPD).

This policy may be updated. The revision date at the top indicates the version in force.
