• AI assistant (BIGA): the name you provide, phone number (optional, when filled in) and the content of the messages exchanged.
• Technical data: IP address and browsing data, used only for security and to limit abuse of the APIs.

Assistant data is processed based on your consent (art. 7, I of the LGPD), given when you start the conversation, for the purpose of support and commercial contact. Technical data is processed based on the legitimate interest of ensuring the security of the service.

To operate the assistant, data may be processed by service providers (processors) such as AI providers (Anthropic), voice synthesis (ElevenLabs), database (Supabase) and hosting (Vercel), which handle the data according to our instructions.

Conversations are kept for up to 90 days and then automatically deleted, except when needed for support already in progress.

You may at any time request confirmation, access, correction, anonymization, portability or deletion of your data, as well as withdraw your consent, by writing to the e-mail above (art. 18 of the LGPD).
